• Lou Sagastume

    2015 Boys Coach and Director of Methodology

    Many know Lou ‘Coach Lou’ Sagastume as the long-time (28 years) coach of Men’s soccer at the United States Air Force Academy. Coach Lou, a Guatemalan- American that chose to raise his family in Colorado Springs starting in 1980, maintains a soccer resume that includes: All-American playing accolades, a National Championship, a professional playing career, followed by one of the richest coaching careers in America, let alone Colorado Springs. Lou has coached every age and at every level of competence, he maintains a USSF A coaching license and was the first American to obtain and English FA coaching license. Lou is a Colorado Soccer Association, West Coast Conference, University of San Francisco, and San Francisco State Hall of Famer. Lou’s soccer resume is unmatched, and so is his commitment to Colorado Springs.

  • Nancy Sibley

    2014 Girls Coach and Director of Sporting

    Nancy Sibley is one of the longest tenured youth soccer activists in Colorado Springs. She comes from a long line of soccer advocates, and has separated herself from the pack with decades of demonstrated resilience and drive all in the name of giving kids the most dynamic and enriching playing environment possible. Having led Air Academy High School girls to their last state title in 2012, Nancy is a decades long coach that holds a USSF B coaching license. Nancy is a two time coach of the year for NSCA. She is a gifted and long-time educator at Explorer Elementary School. Nancy will serve as the Forge AC Director of Sporting.

  • Kris Miller

    2010 Boys Coach and Executive Director

    Kris Miller is a partner at Maher & Maher Law, P.C., and is one of the hardest fighting advocates to expand access to soccer for youth. Growing up in Colorado Springs, Coach Kris always saw the promise of Colorado Springs as a soccer town; diverse in its makeup with ideal training conditions. Coach Kris played collegiate soccer at the University of Lynchburg and has been coaching youth for more than a decade. Coach Kris thrives in grassroots coaching, and is gifted at motivating early develop ng players through his holistic coaching principles. Coach Kris’ motto is “give me the kids that have been told no.”

  • Nic Miller

    2011 Boys Coach and Director of Performance

    Nic Miller is a longtime gym owner in Colorado Springs and has played and coached soccer his entire adult life. In addition to being a coach that brings the best out of every youth athlete, he brings specialized knowledge about sports science and performance. For more than a decade, Nic Miller has provided personal training services to youth, bringing them nutrition planning, gait correction, and mobility development, among many other nuanced custom performance enhancement services. Nic Miller brings a very unique element to Forge A.C. that is not rivaled in Colorado Springs.
