Player Pathways Matter

Forge A.C. is committed to developing and shepherding the most valuable pathways for its players. Every level of “Forge Peak” is carefully tended to and constantly improved upon.

• Greenhorns are allowed to explore the game and figure out whether they enjoy it. Our Greenhorns are exposed to the game in the most fun and carefree environments possible.

• Developmental players are those that have discovered enjoyment of the game and believe they would like to become meaningfully better.

• Advanced league players are those that have committed to participating in a competitive team environment, traveling and playing against the best teams in the state of Colorado.

• Forge Operators School (F.O.S.) is a program intended for the most elite athletes from within the club seeking to get scouted into collegiate and professional programs. This truly is for the most committed athletes.

• Senior Team is intended for athletes that are often from the F.O.S. program that have chosen to take strategic gap years, or adult players that are capable of competing at the highest levels within semi-professional soccer.
